The service
ReplyForge generates customer-support reply drafts with AI. By using it you agree to these terms.
Your content
You keep all rights to the customer messages you submit and to the reply drafts you generate. You are responsible for reviewing and customizing replies before sending them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content or in ways that disrupt it for others. We may suspend access that abuses the service.
Payments
ReplyForge is a paid service billed through our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Always verify generated replies for accuracy and tone before sending them to customers.
